Repurposed silverware

Working primarily with repurposed vintage silverware, I create sculptural jewelry and garden art that celebrates history, recycling and craftsmanship — giving life after the table. Through hammer-forming, stamping, cutting, and welding, I reshape reclaimed materials into intricate, functional designs, each piece carrying subtle traces of its former life.

My aesthetic blends timeless elegance with a touch of whimsy, often drawing from botanical forms, heirloom patterns, and the natural movement of metal. I’m inspired by the tension between refinement and imperfection — the polished alongside the worn, the structured alongside the organic. My palette remains true to the material itself: soft silvers, aged patinas, and luminous metallic finishes, enriched through texture and hand-worked detail.

This medium speaks to me because it embodies sustainability, storytelling, and reinvention. By transforming discarded objects into meaningful, lasting pieces, my work invites a reconsideration of value. What do we keep, what we discard, and what it can become. Each piece is a continuation of a story; crafted to be worn, displayed, and passed on.
