Beading is a very ancient art even used by Egyptian royalty to make dresses from lapis lazuli and carnelian beads. Beadweaving and embroidery are forms of beading which can be used to make one dimensional and three-dimensional jewelry and other objects. Because of this versatility, I enjoy these techniques to create jewelry from glass and gemstone beads. I make bracelets, necklaces, earrings, rings, and beaded trinket boxes.
